This policy explains how the operator of Louder ("Louder", "we", "us") handles your information. Louder is a tool that turns Instagram reels you send us into new content you can edit and schedule. By using Louder you accept this policy.
We only collect what's needed to run the service:
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent you from signing in.
We use your information to operate and improve Louder — ingesting your reels, generating new content, delivering it back to you, and keeping your account working.
Louder runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (Pages, Workers, D1, KV, R2). Your data is stored and processed on Cloudflare's systems and is subject to their own data handling practices. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We also rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process content (for example, to generate remixed reels from your inputs). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Louder interacts with Instagram via Meta's APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Your use of Instagram is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
Data is stored in Cloudflare's global infrastructure and may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. By using Louder you consent to this transfer.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data associated with your account at any time by emailing us. On receipt of a deletion request we will delete the data associated with your account, subject to the retention exceptions below.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. We do not automatically delete account data when you stop using the Service — we will delete it on request as described above.
Even after a deletion request, we may retain (a) data we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, (b) data held in routine backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course, and (c) anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you, which we may retain indefinitely for analytics, service improvement, and model development.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported by our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee against unauthorised access. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you where required by applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of Louder after an update means you accept the revised policy.
